Leopard 2A5: preview.

Ho deciso di abbandonare un attimo la seconda guerra mondiale e spostarmi sul moderno. Tutto nasce da un video visto su YouTube sul Leopard (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=1psEMBtue2M/). Mi  ha colpito come si riduce un carro armato in brevi spostamenti nel fango.... il mio sogno di modellista... riprodurre fango e sporco!
I kit di partenza sono due: Tamiya 35242 e un kit che avevo già, HobbyBoss 82423. Affiancherò i cingoli Bronco workable, la canna RB e i cavi Eureka.
I decided to leave for a moment the Second World War and move on modern. It all started with a video seen on YouTube on Leopard (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=1psEMBtue2M/). It struck me as a tank is reduced in short trips in the mud .... my dream as a model maker ... play mud and dirt!

The starter kit are two: Tamiya 35242 and a kit that I already had, HobbyBoss 82423. Add tracks Bronco workable, RB barrel and cables Eureka XXL.

E-100: start super track.

Ho iniziato l'assemblaggio di questi mega cingoli... sono davvero enormi e una volta montati sul carro daranno un aspetto ancora più cattivo a questo super-carro.

E-100: my color modulation.

Dopo aver steso il pre-light con bianco Tamiya sulla parte alta delle piastre ho steso i colori verde oliva Tamiya XF-58 per lo scafo e Hull Red XF-9 mescolato con Red XF-7 Tamiya per la torretta e parte dello scafo. Per la canna ho usato il Tamiya German Gray XF-63. I colori li ho applicati ad aerografo molto diluiti in modo da rispettare la base già lumeggiata. In questo modo si eliminano i passaggi della modulazione.
After applying the pre-light with white Tamiya at the top of the plates stretched out the olive green Tamiya XF-58 hull and XF-9 Hull Red Red mixed with Tamiya XF-7 for the turret and the hull.
